Private & Semi Private
Our 1:1 & 2:1 sessions allow us to tailor make your practice to your needs, providing a bespoke Pilates workout for each client.
We will go through foundations of Pilates and ensure that you are performing the exercises with good technique and safely.
A private Pilates session is the most effective way to learn, especially if you are recovering from any injuries, are a new newbie to the Pilates world or would like to focus your time on perfecting your technique.
If you do have any injuries that you would like us to be aware of, please mention this upon booking.
Pilates Hall Classes
All of our in person classes are held with with a limited number of participants to the instructor at any given time. We specifically do this to ensure that all members of our classes are getting individual attention but still getting the social aspect of being in a group.
We believe that by restricting the number of participants per class, you are able to get the most out of your practice and develop a deeper understanding of the exercises and how to modify them for your needs.
We have open times available that you can participate in or if you would prefer to exercise with friends, please do let us know and we would be more than happy to set up a small group class, exclusive to you.
The Reactivate Pilates membership offers a combination of live classes held via zoom Monday to Friday and a video library so you can practice at a time most convenient to you.
Each class is completely unique and focuses on a full body workout for both the mind and body. The membership can be used alongside your normal workouts, as your sole pilates practice or when you need a bit of time to yourself. From consistent practice you will see a dramatic improvement to your posture, bodily awareness and strength.
