Our group classes have limited numbers per class to ensure we provide you with individualised attention whilst still providing a social aspect.
Each class is designed to be mixed ability, suitable for all genders and provide a full body workout.
You should walk out after the class feeling worked yet lengthened and more mobile.

We want you to also experience these benefits, so for this reason we have created a tiered pricing structure to encourage you to see our classes as not only an hour of exercise in your week but for it to become an integral part of your routine.
Single Class Pass
£15/per class
If you are new to Pilates and would like to give it a go before committing to a block or you are unsure that you will use the class passes in the month timeframe then the single class pass is for you.
You can book in to a class up until 10mins before the class is due to start.
4 Class Passes
£48/mo
We have a flexible booking system meaning that you don't need to do the exact same time, day or class each week.
