More than just 'a mat'!

Our group classes have limited numbers per class to ensure we provide you with  individualised attention whilst providing a social aspect.

Each class is designed to be mixed ability, suitable for all genders and provide a full body workout.

You should walk out after the class feeling worked yet lengthened and more mobile.

Covid19 information:

​

  • Please wear a face covering whilst you enter and exit the hall

​

  • Bring your own mat/equipment wherever possible

​

  • Please bring a bottle of water

​

  • Instructors will be wearing a face covering when they are off their mat

​

  • There will be ventilation so being jumper in case you get chilly 

​

  • 24hr cancellation policy 

​
